Return Policy

 

At Little Baby Chicks safety, quality and customer service are our main focus.  If for any reason you are not happy or satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of purchase.  Merchandise that has been used or is non-resellable (out of original packaging or not in original condition) cannot be returned, and all refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges will apply both ways when an item is returned,  All sale merchandise, custom orders, and personalized items cannot be returned.  Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing on all returns.  Please note:  customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges on all canceled, refused or returned merchandise.

 

To return an item please follow the steps below:

1.  E-mail us at customerservice@littlebabychicks.com

2.  We will then e-mail you back a return authorization #, and the return shipping address.
